Shri Atulya Mishra IAS (Tamil Nadu 1988) recently returned from central deputation has been appointed as Principal Secretary cum Commissioner, Revenue Administration Government of Tamil Nadu.He was on central deputation as Chairman of the Chennai Port Trust Ministry of Shipping, GOI.
