4 IAS Transfers in Assam | The Assam Govt has transferred 4 Bureaucrats across the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :

  1. Shri Diwakar Nath Misra IAS ( 2000) presently Joint Secretary- D/o Commerce, M/o Commerce & Industry transferred as  Commissioner/Secretary, Transformation & Development Department with additional charge of Assam Administrative Staff College.
  2. Shri Pabitra Ram Khaund IAS ( 2010) presently Secretary, Irrigation Deptt, Assam transferred as Secretary, Irrigation Deptt. and Member, State Recruitment Commission for Class III Posts with additional charge of Secretary, Water Resources Department.
  3. Shri Bhaskar Phukan ACS ( 2011) presently Secretary, GDD Govt. of Assam transferred as Secretary, Coordination to Chief Minister, Assam.
  4. Shri Rahul Kumar Gupta IAS ( 2019) presently SDO (Civil), Bijni, Assam transferred as Under Secretary, Home and Political Department.
