Shri Arvind Kumar IAS (Telangana 1991) presently Special Chief Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA (Full Additional Charge), Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration (FAC), has been transferred and appointed as the Special Chief Secretary, Revenue (Disaster Management) Department. This change comes as a replacement for Rahul Bojja IAS (Telangana 2000:6) in the additional charge of the Disaster Management Department.
