Shri Arun Kumar, IAS, of AM; 1983 cadre, is promoted as Additional Secretary, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. He replaces Mr. Anoop Kumar Srivastava, IAS, of AM; 1981 cadre. Prior to this appointment he was the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines.
