Shri Rama Krishna Rao IAS (BH;1985) is promoted as Additional Secretary, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence in place of Shri Anup Chandra Pandey, IAS, (UP;1984). Prior to this promotion he was the Joint Secretary, Department of Defence Production.
Mr. Rao is B. Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering) and PG Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
