Smt Arti Singh IPS (Maharashtra 2006), presently awaiting posting, is appointed as Joint commissioner of police – Intelligence, Mumbai Police. The post of Special Commissioner, an Additional Director General (ADG) rank, has been downgraded to create the Joint Commissioner post.
