Ms. Aparna Gupta IAS (Gujarat 2018) has been given Inter cadre transfer from Gujarat cadre to Rajasthan cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Mayank Manish IAS (Rajasthan 2018), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Gujarat and Rajasthan, the Central Government.
