Ms. Nidhi Siwach IAS (Jharkhand 2019) has been given Inter cadre transfer from Jharkhand cadre to Gujarat cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Ram Niwas Bugalia IAS (Gujarat 2019), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Jharkhand and Gujarat, the Central Government .
