I m a senior citizen waiting for the possession n lease papers of DDA File No : F16/[24069]/2012, Priority No – 21989 and Application NO – 110330. Running from pillar to post for the last 18 months.. exhausted can someone help me in this.

I was under the impression that since I have met VC Mr Anurag Jain in person and gave him copy of my complaint regarding possession n lease papers of DDA File No : F16/[24069]/2012, Priority No – 21989 and Application NO – 110330, and my problem will be addressed. But still a waiting for any responce. exhausted can someone help me in this.

Iam resident of D7 vasant kunj Ground floor
Want to make one varanda in my set-back area to use my half of open space
Now my upper floor owner give me threat that they will call police
But iam not using there any area i just want to use my open space to make varandha because in rainy day all rain water is come inside on my flat and i hv face flood
If i will make high varadha and put high chajja till my flat line
Then it will help for me my flat is little bit down beyind the road so its very problematic for me
But my upper floor owner giving me threats and asking money from me
