Shri Anoop Khinchi IAS (Nagaland 2008) presently DCO/DCR in Nagaland, has been appointed to the post of Director in the Department of Defence Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme “on lateral shift basis” with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and for a tenure upto 22.03.2027.
