Shri Anant Lal Gyani IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 2011) presently Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri , has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the WPT & BC Department for posting him as Principal Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, Assam.
