Lt Gen Gurbirpal Singh – DG NCC, officially opened the All India Thal Sainik Camp at Cariappa Parade Ground, Delhi Cantt on September 20, 2023. The camp hosts 1,547 Cadets (867 Boys & 680 Girls) from 17 NCC Directorates across States and Union Territories. The 12-day event includes competitions in shooting, Obstacle Training, Map Reading, and more.
During his address, DG NCC emphasized the camp’s role in fostering discipline, leadership, and national integration, providing cadets with an adventurous and honorable experience.
