Reshuffle in Kerala – 15 IAS Transferred | The Kerala Govt has shifted 15 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers across the state with Dr Asha Thomas IAS (Kerala 1988) presently ACS- Personnel and Administrative Dept to hold the additional charge of ACS- Health & Family Welfare (Medical Education) Dept including Kerala University of Health Sciences , Kerala , Teeka Ram Meena IAS (Kerala 1988) presently Chief Electoral Officer- Kerala and ACS- Election Dept now posted as ACS- Planning & Economic Affairs Dept , Kerala , Dr V Venu IAS (Kerala 1990) presently ACS- Planning & Economic Affairs Dept now posted as ACS- Higher Education Dept The officer will hold the full additional charge of ACS, Tourism Dept , Kerala while Sarada Muraleedharan IAS (Kerala 1990) presently ACS- Local Self Government Dept posted as ACS- Local Self Government (Urban &Rural) Dept , Kerala.
Bishwanath Sinha IAS (Kerala 1992) presently Principal Secretary- Taxes Dept now posted as Principal Secretary- Electronics and Information Technology Dept The officer will hold the additional charges of Principal Secretary- Programme Implementation and Monitoring Dept and Principal Secretary- Urban-Waste to Energy Programme of Local Self Government Dept , Kerala, Rajesh Kumar Sinha IAS (Kerala 1994) presently Principal Secretary- Forest and Wild Life Dept to hold the additional charge of Industries (Coir) Dept in addition to the existing additional charges , Kerala, Rani George IAS (Kerala 1996) presently Principal Secretary- Cultural Affairs Dept, to hold full additional charges of Principal Secretary- Social Justice Dept and Women and Child Development Dept , Kerala while Dr Sharmila Mary Joseph IAS (Kerala 1997) presently Secretary- Ayush Dept now posted as Secretary- Taxes Dept. He will hold the additional charges of Sports and Youth Affairs Dept and Ayush Dept , Kerala.
Tinku Biswal IAS (Kerala 1997) presently Secretary- Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Dept to hold the full additional charge of Secretary- Ports Dept, Kerala, Anand Singh IAS (Kerala 2000) presently Commissioner- Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Dept now posted as Secretary- Public Works Dept. He will hold the additional charges of Project Director-, Kerala State Transport Project and Special Officer- Capital Region Development Project, Kerala, Sanjay M Kaul IAS (Kerala 2001) presently Secretary- Finance (Expenditure) Dept designated as Chief Electoral Officer- Kerala by the ECI and now posted as Chief Electoral Officer- Kerala & Secretary- Election Dept. He will hold the additional charges of Secretary, Finance (Expenditure) Dept and Chairman & Managing Director, Kerala Financial Corporation, subject to ratification by the Election Commission of India .
