[Indian Bureaucracy Appointment] Shri Abhishek Ruhela IAS (Uttarakhand 2015 ) has been appointed Assistant Secretary ,  Department of Administrative Reforms and public grievances  for a period of three months between July 3, 2017 and September 29, 2017, after completing phase-II training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie.
