- Shri Ramen Chandra Malakar ACS (1992) presently Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Panchayat & Rural Development Department transferred as Chief Executive Officer. Zilla Parishad Darrang.
- Shri Tej Prasad Bhusal ACS (1992) presently Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Darrang transferred as District Development Commissioner, Golaghat.
- Shri Richand Ahmed ACS (1993) presently Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Urban Development Department transferred as District Development Commissioner, Sivasagar.
