Assam ACS Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Assam Govt has shifted 8 ACS Officers with immediate effect with Kavyashree Mahanta ACS (1992) presently Joint Secretary- Urban Development and Guwahati Development Dept is transferred as District Development Commissioner, Nalbari, Ramen Chandra Malakar ACS (1992) presently Joint Secretary- Panchayat & Rural Development Dept is transferred as CEO- Zilla Parishad Darrang, Tej Prasad Bhusal ACS (1992) presently CEO- Zilla Parishad Darrang is now transferred as District Development Commissioner- Golaghat while Richand Ahmed ACS (1993) presently Joint Secretary- Urban Development Dept is now transferred as District Development Commissioner- Sivasagar.
