Assam IAS promotion to Super Time Scale– Indian Bureaucracy Network | 7 IAS Officers in Assam ahev been promoted to the Super Time Scale of IAS with Solanki Vishal Vasant IAS ( 2005) now on Inter Cadre deputation to Maharashtra Cadre , M S Manivannan IAS ( 2005) presently Secretary- Revenue and DM Department and CEO- ASDMA , Dr. Siddharth Singh IAS (2005) presently Secretary- Public Health Engineering Dept and MD- Swach Bharat Mission (Gramin) and Director- Neer Nirmal Pariyojana, World Bank Project PHED, SPMU and CEO- FREMAA, Rakesh Kumar IAS (2005) presently Commissioner- Excise and Secretary- Fishery and Irrigation Depts , Moloy Bora IAS ( 2005) presently CEO- GMDA and MD- Guwahati Smart City Ltd. , Lalit Gogoi IAS ( 2005) presently Registrar of Cooperative Societies and Secretary- Pension and Public Grievances Dept and Sanjib Kr Gohain Baruah IAS ( 2005) presently Secretary- Governor of Assam are now promoted and allowed to officiate in the Super Time Scale of IAS.
I want to know why Doctors are not getting time scale even in promotion over due. I m M& HO 1, 11yr services even not getting any promotion in spite of All ACR and APR report good.
