6 IAS Reshuffle in Manipur Bureaucracy | The Manipur Govt has shifted 6 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with B John Tlangtinkhuma IAS (2008) presently Special Secretary – Finance/IT , Director – MIS and Commissioner- Excise in addition relieved from the charge of Director- MIS , Robert S Kshetrinayum IAS (2010) presently Registrar- Co-operative Societies now posted as DC- Noney, Hungyo Worshang IAS (2011) presently DC- Noney posted as Additional Secretary- TA & Hills & Registrar- Co-operative Societies, Dr. Rangitabali Waikhom IAS (2013) presently DC- Imphal East transferred as Director- Education (U), Diana Devi Khumanthem IAS (2016) presently Joint Secretary- TA & Hills & Director Education transferred as DC- Imphal East while Anna Arambam IAS (2016) presently Joint Secretary- FD/ACR and Director- Small Savings and Director- Institutional Finance is relieved from the charge of Director- Small Savings , Manipur .
