4 IPS promoted to ADGP rank in Haryana Police | The Haryana Govt has promoted 4 IPS (Indian Police Service) Officers of 1996 batch from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to the rank of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) with  Mamta Singh IPS (1996), Dr Hanif Qureshi IPS (1996), Dr M Ravi Kiran IPS (1996) and  Krishan Kumar Rao IPS (1996).
