4 IAS Transfers in Maharashtra | The Maharashtra Govt has transferred 4 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect with Abha Shukla IAS (1993) presently Principal Secretary (Accounts & Treasury) – Finance Department now posted as Principal Secretary -Energy in the Industries, Energy & Labour Department, Ashish Kumar Singh IAS (1988) presently ACS (Transport and Ports) posted as ACS – Accounts & Treasury – Finance Department, Dinesh T Waghmare IAS (1994) presently Principal Secretary (Energy)- Industries, Energy & Labour Department transferred as CMD- Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited while Paraag Jaiin Nainuttia IAS (1996) presently Principal Secretary (Textiles), Co-operation, Marketing & Textiles Department is now posted as Principal Secretary- Transport & Ports, Home Department, with additional charge as Principal Secretary- IT, General Administration Department, Maharashtra.
