India Bureaucracy IAS Appointments | Two batchmates from Punjab Cadre of 1990 batch have been appointed as Additional Secretary at the centre. Vijoy Kumar Singh IAS currently Joint Secretary with DoPT has been appointed as Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor-  Ministry of Textiles while batchmate Anurag Agarwal IAS  presently Joint Secretary- MCA has been appointed as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, with the Ministry of Power.
