1. Smt Sarah R Ritse NCS (Nagaland Civil Services) presently Secretary, Social Welfare on promotion is retained as Commissioner & Secretary, Social Welfare.
2. Shri K Libanthung NCS (Nagaland Civil Services) presently Secretary, Works & Housing on promotion transferred as Commissioner & Secretary, Transport Department.
3. Shri W Honje Konyak NCS (Nagaland Civil Services) presently Additional Secretary, Works & Housing on promotion transferred as Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies.
4. Shri Wezope Kenye NCS (Nagaland Civil Services) presently Additional Secretary, H&FW on promotion is retained as Secretary, H&FW.
5. Shri Sehjang Doungel NCS (Nagaland Civil Services) presently Additional Secretary, Soil & water Conservation on promotion transferred as Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs.
