15 IAS Reshuffle in Bihar – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Bihar Govt has shifted 15 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :

  1. Shri Deepak Kumar Singh IAS (1992) presently Additional Chief Secretary, Cooperative Department transferred as Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Land Reform Department.
  2. Shri Parmar Ravi Manubhai IAS (1992) presently  Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Mines Commissioner, Mines and Geology Department with additional charges of MD, Bihar State Mineral Development Corporation Limited and MD, Bihar State Mineral Corporation Limited, has been given additional charge of Enquiry Commissioner.
  3. Shri Anand Kishore IAS (1996) presently Chairman, Bihar School Education Board, Patna with additional charge of CEO, Bihar Board of Open Schooling & Examination (BBOSE), Patna-including financial charge transferred as Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department with additional charge of MD, Patna Metro Rail Corporation Limited.
  4. Shri Santosh Kumar Mall IAS (1997) presently Principal Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department with additional charge of Director, Pana Metro Rail Corporation Limited, Enquiry Commissioner, General Administration Department, OSD, Office of Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi transferred as Principal Secretary, Cooperative Department. He wil continue to hold the charge of Enquiry Commissioner, General Administration Department, OSD, Office of Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhawan, New Delhi. He has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department.
  5. Shri Anupam Kumar IAS (2003) presently Secretary, Chief Minister Secretariat with additional charge of Secretary, Information & Public Relations and Mission Director, Bihar Development Mission,  given additional charge of Parliamentary Affairs Department.
  6. Shri Dharmendra Singh IAS (2006) presently MD, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (BUIDCO) with additional charge of MD, Bihar State Housing Board, Enquiry Commissioner, lines & Geology GAD, Secretary, Mines & Geology transferred as Secretary, with additional charge of Enquiry Commissioner, GAD.
  7. Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh IAS (2007) presently Secretary, Health Department with additional charge of Executive Director, State Health Committee, Patna relieved of the charge of Secretary, State Health Committee, Patna. He has been given additional charge of Secretary, Urban Development & Housing Department.
  8. Shri Dinesh Kumar IAS (2007) presently  MD, Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation (BMSICL), Patna transferred as Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur.
  9. Shri Dharmendra Kumar IAS (2013) presently Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department transferred as MD, Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation (BMSICL).
  10. Shri Rajeev Kumar Srivastava IAS (2013) presently GM, Beltron transferred as MD, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna.
  11. Shri Manesh Kumar Meena IAS (2015) presently  Collector and District Magistrate, Sitamarhi transferred as Collector and District Magistrate, Katihar.
  12. Shri Richie Pandey IAS (2016) presently  Collector and District Magistrate, Jehanabad transferred as Collector and District Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
  13. Shri Ravi Prakash IAS (2016) presently Collector and District Magistrate, Katihar, transferred as Joint Secretary, Industries Department.
  14. Smt Alankrita Pandey IAS ( 2016) presently Joint Secretary, Health Department with additional charge of Additional CEO, Bihar Health Security Committee and Executive Director, Bihar State Women Development Corporation transferred as Collector and District Magistrate, Jehanabad.
  15. Shri Yogesh Kumar Sagar IAS (2017) presently Joint Secretary, Industries Department transferred as MD, Bihar State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
