Mamata Govt transfers 5 IPS in West Bengal Police | The West Bengal Govt has reshuffled 5 IPS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :
- Shri Supratim Sarkar IPS ( 1997) presently CP- Bidhannagar transferred as ADG & IGP- Traffic and Road Safety , West Bengal .
- Shri Gaurav Sharma IPS ( 2005) presently CP- Siliguri Police transferred as CP- Bidhannagar , West Bengal.
- Shri Akhilesh Kumar Chaturvedi IPS ( 2005) presently Joint CP, (Establishment), Kolkata transferred as CP- Siliguri Police , West Bengal.
- Ms Joyeeta Bose IPS ( 2010) presently DCP- North Division, Kolkata transferred as SP- Bongaon Police District, West Bengal.
- Shri Tarun Halder IPS ( 2010) presently SP- Bongaon Police District transferred as DC- North Division, Kolkata, West Bengal.
