Shri Vivek Bhardwaj IAS (West Bengal 1990), Secretary, Ministry of Mines, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty, Ministry of Panchayati Raj in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Goveniment of India. The officer will take over as Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj vice Shri Sunil Kumar, IAS (UP:87) upon his superannuation on 31.10.2023.
