Shri Vipul Mittra IAS (Gujarat 1986) presently Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar , has been transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Energy & Petrochemicals Department for appointment as Chairman, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Ltd., Bharuch.
