Vatsal Vashisht HCS appointed OSD-I to Chief Secretary, Haryana
Shri Vatsal Vashisht HCS (2002), presently serving as ADC-cum-DCRIO, Gurugram, has been transferred and appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD-I) to the Chief Secretary of Haryana, with Ms Sheetal HCS (2023) continuing as OSD-II.
