India Bureaucracy PSU Vacancy | Garden Reach Workshop Limited (GRSE ) was taken over by the Government of India in 1960. The Company was renamed as Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Limited (GRSE) in 1977 due its diversified product range as a result of rapid diversification, through taking over of a number of sick engineering units. GRSE is a Schedule ‘ B’/ Miniratna with the administrative jurisdiction of D/o Defence Production, Ministry of Defence.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Director (Personnel) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and
Managing Director. He is overall incharge of Human Resource Management & Administration
functions and responsible for evolving and formulating personnel and industrial relations policies
etc., as well as implementation thereof.
