India Bureaucracy PSU Vacancy | Handicrafts and Handlooms Exports Corporations of India Limited (HHEC) was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of developing trade by catalysing exports of handicrafts and handlooms products, and products of village industries. Since then the product range has spread from handicrafts and handloom fabrics to hand-knitted carpets, fashion garments, gold and silver jewellery/ articles and import and domestic sale of bullion. HHEC is a Schedule ‘B’ CPSE in Trading and Marketing Services sector with the administrative jurisdiction of Ministry of Textile.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Director (Finance) is the member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and
Managing Director. He/ she is overall incharge of Finance and accounts functions of the
Organization, including financial policy and its implementation. In addition, he/ she would also be
responsible for commercial aspects of the Company including procurement, marketing and
invertories management.
