Shri V Umashankar IAS (Haryana 1993) presently Principal Secretary to CM, Principal Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department, Administrative Secretary in charge of CM Window, Principal Secretary, Power Department and Principal Secretary, New & Renewable Energy Department has been relieved of the charges of Power and New & Renewable Energy Departments and given the charge of Energy Department.
