Shri V Sivakumar IRS(C&CE 2004) has been appointed to the post of Internal Financial Adviser, in Fast Reactor Fuel Cycle Facility(FRFCF) of Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR) , Kalpakkam (near Chennai), under the Department of Atomic Energy for a period of five years.
