Ms. Usha Padhee IAS (Odisha 1996) presently Joint Secretary Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India has been given additional charge as Chairman & Managing Director of Pawan Hans Ltd, a Mini Ratna CPSE. She is the first woman CMD of the company.
