IPS Transfers in UP – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Yogi Govt in Uttar Pradesh has shifted 12 Indian Police Service (IPS) Officers in UP Police with Biswajit Mahapatra IPS ( 1987) presently DG- Rules & Manual being transferred as DG- Special Investigation, Lucknow, Sunil Kumar Gupta IPS ( 1993) presently ADG/General Staff Officer to DGP UP DGP Hqrs now transferred as ADG- Telecom, Lucknow, Ashok Kumar Singh IPS ( 1995) presently ADG/IG- Cyber Crime now posted as ADG- Traffic & Nodal Officer – Road Security, Lucknow while Jyoti Narayan IPS ( 1996) presently IG- attached to DGP HQ is transferred as IG- Law & Order, Lucknow.
Vijay Prakash IPS ( 1996) presently Inspector General of Police- Railways goes as IG- Fire Services, Lucknow, Dharamvir IPS ( 2002) presently IG/DIG- CBCID has been transferred as IG- Home Guard, Lucknow, N Ravinder IPS ( 1996) presently IG- Fire Services HQRS, Lucknow now transferred as DG- Provisioning and Budget, Lucknow, Ravi Joseph IPS ( 1995) presently ADG/IG- Security transferred as ADG/General Staff Officer to DGP UP DGP Hqrs, Santosh Kumar Mishra IPS ( 2012) presently SP- Rampur transferred as SP- Police Headquarters (Prayagraj), Surya Kant Tripathi IPS ( 1994) presently SP- ATC- Sitapur now transferred as Commandant- 44th Battalion PAC Meerut, Manoj Kumar Sonkar IPS ( 1994) presently SP- Attached to DGP HQ now transferred as Commandant- 6th Battalion PAC Meerut while Shogun Gautam IPS ( 2010) presently SP- Phq Prayagraj is now posted as SP- Rampur.
