Shri Upendra Prasad Singh IAS (Odisha 1985) presently Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga rejuvenation , has been given additional charge as Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment from 07.02.2019 to 12.02.2019 during the period of absence on leave of Shri Heera Lal Samariya IAS (TG 1985).
