Shri Tusharkumar Y Bhatt is a seasoned officer with a diverse background in governance and administration, has been appointed as the Collector of Patan. Prior to this, he was serving as the Managing Director of Gujarat Informatics Ltd in Gandhinagar, where he played a key role in strengthening digital governance initiatives and promoting IT infrastructure development across the state.
An academically accomplished officer, Shri Bhatt holds a B.Sc. in Physics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Gujarat University, along with an MBA in Marketing from IGNOU. His academic grounding in both science and management has been a valuable asset in handling multifaceted administrative roles.
With rich experience in the Energy and Petrochemicals Department in Vadodara as Managing Director prior to his IT-focused role, Shri Bhatt has displayed remarkable adaptability across sectors. His leadership has contributed significantly to energy management and corporate governance, as well as to digital transformation in the public sector.
