Panchayats) and Co-operation Depts to hold the additional charge of Labour (including Employment Service & Manpower Planning) and Information & Cultural Affairs Depts. He is relieved from the charges of Education (Higher & School), Rural Development (including Panchayats) and Co-operation Depts, Dr. Parshant Kumar Goyal IAS (Tripura 2007) presently Secretary- Industries & Commerce (excluding Handloom, Handicrafts & Sericulture and Information Technology), GA (C&C) Depts with additional charge of Secretary to CM, Tripura to hold the charges of Education (Higher & School) and Rural Development (including Panchayats) Depts, Abhishek Chandra IAS (Tripura 2003) presently Special Secretary with independent charges of Information & Cultural Affairs and Labour (including Employment Service & Manpower Planning) Depts will also hold the charge of Science, Technology & Environment Dept, independently. He is relieved from the independent charges of Information & Cultural Affairs and Labour (including Employment Service & Manpower Planning) while Tanusree Debbarma IAS (Tripura 2006) presently Secretary- Industries & Commerce (Information Technology), Revenue (Relief Rehabilitation & Disaster Management). Tribal Welfare (TRP & PGT), Science, Technology & Environment Depts with addl charge as Member- Tripura Sales Tax Tribunal & VAT Tribunal is relieved from the charge of Science, Technology and Environment Dept, Tripura.
