Bihar Police – 3 IPS transfers in Bihar | The Bihar Govt has shifted 3 Indian Police Service Officers across the state with Neeraj Sinha IPS (1990) presently awaiting posting orders now appointed as DGP-cum-Civil Defence Commissioner,  M Sunil Kumar IPS (2005) presently awaiting posting orders now appointed as IG- Home Guards and Fire Services while Vikas Vaibhav IPS (2003) presently awaiting posting orders now appointed as Advisor- Bihar State Planning Board.
