Shri Syedain Abbasi IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 1990), presently Special Chief Secretary, Public Health Engineering and Water Resources Departments, has been relieved of the additional charge of Housing & Urban Affairs Department and entrusted with the additional charge of Special Chief Secretary – Irrigation Department, Assam.
