Smt Swati S Bhadauria IAS (Uttarakhand 2011) presently Additional Secretary, Governor, MD, GMVN, Project Director, Uttarakhand Project Development and Construction Corporation Ltd, Irrigation Department, has been given additional charge of Additional Secretary, Language, Secretary, Hindi Academy, and Bhasha Sansthan and relieved of the charge of MD, GMVN.
