Shri Sunil Kumar Barnwal IAS (Jharkhand 1997), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Ms. Alaknanda Dayal IAS (Punjab 2000).
