Shri Sumeet Kumar Sinha IRSS (1999) presently CVO, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Ltd. (CMPDIL), Ranchi , has been given entrustment of additional charge of the post of CVO, Coal Mines Provident Fund Organization (CMPFO), Dhanbad for a period of six months beyond 19.11.2022.Sri Sinha has been brought up in Ranchi and did his Schooling from Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali. He did his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur in 1994 and rendered his services to Centre for Engineering and Technology (CET), Ranchi under Steel Authority of India Limited. Subsequently, he qualified for 1998 Batch of Indian Engineering Service through examination conducted by UPSC. Thereafter, he rendered his services in Indian Railways at different locations viz., Raipur, Bilaspur, Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW), Varanasi and Ranchi.
