Ms. Sonal Mishra IAS (Gujarat 1997) presently Commissioner of Rural Development and Principal Secretary to Government (Rural Development), Panchayats, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Government of India for appointment as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, New Delhi from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
