Shri Somesh Kumar Upadhyay IAS (Odisha 2017 ) has been appointed as Assistant Secretary in Development of North Eastern Region on the completion of Phase II training of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie for a period of 13 weeks from 01 .07.2019 to 27.09.2019 on Central Deputation and reporting to their state cadres on completion by 27.09.2019.
