Shri Sisir Kumar Ratho IFoS (OR 1987) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, National Commission of Schedule Tribes from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Ashok Pail IFoS (UK:1983).
