Shri Siladitya Basuray WBCS ( Executive), has been appointed to IAS from the State Civil Service List of 2019. The Governor is pleased to appoint Shri Siladitya Basuray, W.B.C.S ( Executive ), now posted as Special Secretary, Higher Education Department as Commissioner in Higher Education Department with effect from the date of his joining as an I.A.S officer.
