Ms Sikta Patnaik IAS (Telangana 2014), presently Collector & District Magistrate, Narayanpet, has been transferred and appointed as Special Secretary – Finance Department, Telangana.
In the Finance Department under the Government of Telangana, Ms Patnaik will assist in fiscal planning, budget management, expenditure monitoring, and financial reforms. The role is crucial in ensuring sound public financial management and resource optimization across departments.
