Shri Sibhi Chakravarthy Sadhu IAS (Assam- Meghalaya 2011) presently Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills, has been transferred and posted as Director of the Community and Rural Development Department. He will also function as Secretary of the same department as well as the Fisheries and Water Resources Departments.
