Shri Shyam Jagannathan IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 1997) , has been appointed to the post of Development Commissioner (JS Level), Santa Cruz Exclusive Export Processing Zone (SEEPZ), Special Economic Zone, Mumbai under the Department of Commerce for a tenure of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
