Shri Sanjay Arora IPS officer Tamil Nadu 1988 batch who is presently posted as Additional Director General(ADG) Operations Tamil Nadu Police has been transferred as ADGP Administration.
He was Superintendent of Police (SP), Special Task Force, Sathyamangalam, then SP in Coimbatore during 1995-96 and later in Tuticorin district. He was on deputation with the Indo-Tibetian Border Police before becoming the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore city in 2002-2004. He was Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Villupuram Range, and was Deputy Director of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption before becoming IG, Railways.
