Ms. Shalini Darbari IRAS (1990) presently CVO, National Building Construction Corporation Ltd. (NBCC), Delhi, has been given entrustment of additional charge of the post of CVO, Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Delhi for a period of one year from the date of assumption of charge of the post.Smt. Shalini Darbari is a Post Graduate in Economics from Lucknow University. She has extensive experience in matters relating to finance, administration, establishment, project management, corporate finance & loan management etc. She has ministerial experience of Investment Planning while working as Director (Finance Expenditure) in the Ministry of Railways. Smt. Shalini has contributed to the construction of Dedicated Freight Corridor Ltd. in her capacity as Group General Manager/Finance, specially on Western Corridor being funded by JICA. She has worked as Director (Co-ordination) with Central Vigilance Commission. Smt. Shalini is also the CVO of the two subsidiaries of NBCC, i.e. Hindustan Steelworks Construction Ltd. (HSCL) and Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited (HSCC) & also Building Materials and Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC).
